Hello everyone, I am seeking to replace my 2008 Lancer and the Cruze is among the top contenders. Since I have not driven in America much, I am just curious about other people’s experiences with the Cruze line. If you have driven a Cruze before, what was your experience like? I would like the opinion of the average person, as I have read a lot of reviews. Most likely, I would choose the 1.4L Turbo model.

The 2014 Chevrolet Cruze starts at $17,520. It’s a sedan with 33 MPG combined, seating for 5, and front-wheel drive. Highlights include a spacious cabin, good comfort, and a choice of engines. The diesel model offers high fuel efficiency but has a noisy engine and a costly price tag.

- Cons: Handling, interior quality, noise
Overall, a solid choice for a compact sedan.

The car’s usability is probably not poor, but reliability is a concern. The turbo engine has faults; the normal engine is probably better, but the Cruze isn’t the most reliable vehicle in the world due to GM’s murky quality control or low component costs. Check the latest consumer reports. That automobile may be being phased out.
