Hey there, I’m looking for some help regarding my 2019 Silverado. Specifically, I need two things. First, I’m searching for a set of black twin exit 3-inch inlet exhaust tips. Second, I want to find a good sounding muffler for my 5.3L engine. I’m not looking for a cat-back system, just a replacement muffler that might give it a little more growl. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
For exhaust tips, you might want to check out brands like MagnaFlow or Flowmaster. They usually have good quality options. For the muffler, I’ve heard good things about the Borla or Dynomax. They can provide that growl you’re looking for.

Thanks for the suggestions. I’ll look into those brands. Do you know if they fit without any modifications?

Most of them should fit without major modifications, but it’s always good to check the specific model details. Sometimes a small adjustment is needed for the best fit.

I’ve got a 2018 Silverado with a 5.3 and I put a Flowmaster on it. It sounds amazing and really gives it that extra growl. Might be worth considering.
That’s awesome to hear. Did you have to change anything else when you installed it?
You might also want to look at some videos online to hear how different mufflers sound before you decide. Sometimes hearing it can help a lot.
