My truck has shut off four times in the last year and a half that I’ve had it. I will be stopped at a light and experience a loss of electricity. The first three times, it restarted within 30 seconds. Today, it shut down and refused to start until I requested a tow, and they used a heavy-duty jump box. I drove it home, then switched it off. I tried turning it on again, and nothing happened. Has 35,000 miles. Will take it to the dealership as soon as they can fit me in. The last time I took it in, they stated they couldn’t see anything wrong with it, and unless it’s acting up, there is. There’s nothing they can do. This is my first brand-new automobile that I purchased, and it is annoying. Has anyone had this problem? TIA.

Battery cables loose? Wiggle them hard on the battery. Shouldn’t move

Will double-check them. I even removed the cover for the fuses next to the battery and checked that they were pushed down.
