So, it’s only been three days since I bought my 2021 Chevy Blazer 2LT with 27,200 miles on it, and it seemed fine at first. But now something feels off and I’m not sure what to do. Has anyone else run into issues with this model? What should I check or do first?
You should probably take it to the dealer ASAP, especially if it’s still under warranty. This might be why it was traded in…

Yeah, hoping that’s not the case, but I’ll definitely bring it in.
Could be a faulty bank 2 exhaust camshaft VVT solenoid. You might want to check the oil levels first to see if that’s the issue. Commanded vs. actual cam angle differences can tell a lot too.

Yeah, had a similar issue with my Honda. It was definitely the oil levels messing with the solenoids.
Didn’t this car come with a warranty? Seems like it’s still new enough that this should be covered.

I think so, but I’m not 100% sure if it’ll cover whatever is going on here. Guess I’ll find out!
Honestly, this is why I don’t buy new cars anymore. You just end up dealing with more problems than it’s worth.

Lol, kinda feeling that right now
I had a similar issue with an older car. Turned out the previous owner wasn’t doing regular oil changes, so it messed up the cam position sensor. Changing the oil and sensor fixed it for me. Not sure if that’s your issue, but maybe it’s a start?
@Winter
Thanks for the tip, I’ll definitely look into that!
