Living in the Midwest with my Chevy Equinox has been a pain because the intercooler keeps freezing up. I’ve been to the dealership twice now, and the last time was just two weeks ago. They said they updated everything and put on a winter grill cover, but I’m getting tired of wasting money on a problem they can’t seem to fix. I’m thinking about trading it in, but I need to pay down the loans a bit more first.
No, I didn’t say that. Is the dealer following 22-NA-002? Did they do the ECM reprogramming? Call and ask these questions.
Have you tried reaching out to Chevy directly? Sometimes they can offer solutions that dealerships might miss.
Winter can really mess with these systems. Have you checked if there are any aftermarket solutions for insulation?
