I have a 2019 Chevy Equinox and my Apple Play is not working. I’ve reset my phone, turned my car off and back on, and even used a different cord. It just won’t work. I’m really frustrated and could use some help. Any ideas?

Good point. I usually keep it unlocked, but I’ll double-check that.
I had a similar problem once. I ended up deleting the Apple Play app and reinstalling it. Maybe try that?

Interesting idea. I didn’t think of reinstalling it. I’ll give that a shot.

I haven’t tried that yet. I’ll see if switching ports helps.
