Chevy Cruze as bad as they say?

LT with 12k miles. It seems to have been well-maintained during the short time it was owned. However, I spoke to a friend who’s a mechanic, and she strongly advised against it. From what I’ve read online and heard from other owners, it seems like this model has a lot of common and expensive problems. Now I’m wondering if I should genuinely be concerned or if I’m just stressing myself out.

I’ve read that it’s good to ask mechanics about common issues in cars, but from what I’ve found, it seems like I might end up spending as much on repairs as I would on the car itself. Is that normal, or is this car just not worth the investment?

Additionally, I’m considering a 2017 Honda Accord with 62k miles, although its price is set at $20,995. I’m unsure if that’s a fair price or if I’m getting ripped off. I’ve been stressing a lot over this car search, and it’s been pretty exhausting, lol.

I originally mentioned a 2017 Chevy Cruze, but it’s a 2016 model

They can be unpredictable. Some of my customers rarely have any problems, while others are consistently helping me pay off my house early.

Spend the extra money and get the Accord. The Cruze is just a low-quality car.
