All 4 of my hubcaps look the same. They’re pretty scratched up, but are they still good to use? Or is it just a looks thing? My driveway is rough, so even if I get new ones, I feel like they will just get scratched again right away.
You’re using steel wheels, right? Hubcaps are just for looks, they’re just plastic covers. If you care about the look, get new ones. If not, no need to bother.
You don’t need hubcaps at all. They’re mainly for appearance and don’t affect performance much. Your car will still run fine without them.

Just toss them in the recycling. Your steel wheels will be fine without them.
I’d take the hubcaps off, then take the wheels off and paint them black. Matte black looks much cleaner to me than hubcaps.
It’s up to you really. Some like the look, some don’t care.
