Fitting the car with a power liftgate

I used to have a power lift gate on my Trailblazer, but I recently acquired a new vehicle and am getting used to living without it. Some of you may be aware of my experience. Even still, having it is handy, particularly when my hands are full of goods. Does anyone know how to include them?

I’ve observed a few aftermarket ones. Are the $400–$800 ones worth it?
