Fully restored '72 K5 Blazer... thoughts?

I just came across this fully restored '72 K5 Blazer with a built LS3 mated to a 4L60-E. It looks amazing and I love the classic vibe. What do you all think about it? Do you think the transmission will hold up with that kind of power?

Nice, I’m hoping that 4L60 is built. Otherwise, you’re gonna leave it on the road at some point with all that power lol

Wouldn’t it be a restomod then? Restored is stock condition I feel like

I give the 4L60E about a year or 20k miles before it’s dead. Less if you wheel often. (I’m on my 3rd)

Awesome, minus the trans

This is what I want to see when I come in this sub. I don’t trust that transmission though

What a good looking vehicle. That era is still my fave as far as simple but stylish

'11 Silverado LT, '01 Cavalier LS sexy :fire:

I was gonna say, isn’t the 4L80E stronger to handle more power than the 4L60?

Man that makes me want to ride along the beach and just keep riding
