Hey everyone, I’ve got a '23 Colorado Trail Boss and love it, but I’m looking to upgrade to LED headlights. Any suggestions on which ones to go for? Also, are they HB3 or H11?
Make sure to get proper projector headlights. Installing LED or HIDs in reflector housings just scatters the light, blinding oncoming drivers.
I just installed Lasfit LEDs and they’re fantastic. They also have switchback turn signals that stay white while driving but turn amber when you use the blinker. Really slick. I’m not sure of the part numbers, but their website has a vehicle selection tool to help you find the right bulbs.
We need a company that can create custom housings for us, similar to how Morimoto does for various makes.
I installed Lasfit LEDs in mine—they’re really bright and work well. I looked into getting full LED housings, but apparently, they don’t fit, and one housing from GM costs around $800.
Low beams are H11 and high beams are HB3.
