Hit 160k miles on my Equinox... anyone else?

Last night, I hit 160,000 miles on my 2015 Equinox. I inherited this car from my mom back in 2019 when it had almost 100k miles. I’ve had to replace a ton of sensors, the fuel pump, and a few other things. Honestly, I was surprised it lasted this long. Does anyone else have stories about high-mileage cars?

Congrats on hitting that milestone! Not trying to be a jerk, but maybe don’t take pics while driving? Just a thought.

Nice! I’m at 145k on my 2018 and I can already feel some transmission wear. How’s your Equinox holding up?

It’s doing okay for now, but I’m definitely keeping an eye on everything. Transmission issues can be tough.

My daughter drives a 2011 Equinox that’s at 197k. Just goes to show, if you take care of it, it’ll take care of you.

That’s awesome! My mom still drives her 2011 with over 335k miles. Original engine and transmission, and she never missed an oil change.

Wow, that’s impressive! Regular maintenance really makes a difference.

I’ve heard the Equinox can last a long time if you keep up with the maintenance. What’s been the hardest repair for you?

Definitely the fuel pump. It was a pain to replace but worth it in the end.
