Specifically speaking on the 2007-2013.
All leather? Premium sound? Gas mileage? Sunroof? Heated mirrors? Heated seats? Remote start? Smooth ride? CHEAP? RELIABLE? BLEND DOOR
ACTUATOR KNOCK❓

Do you even own an Impala dude if you don’t have a Blend Door Actuator knock?
I have a 2008 Impala SS and it’s a fun car.
1968 Impala Fastback vs. Modern Upgrades
I have got a 1968 Impala Fastback and have been thinking about how it stacks up against modern features. Here’s a comparison:
Overall, the Impala starts up great, but it’s interesting to see how these classic features compare to today’s upgrades.
I owned a 2007 LS for about 60k to 140k miles, and it was trouble-free.
I had none of the qualities you stated, but it was inexpensive and reliable. I believe I bought it for $7k.
The blend door actuator knock is so real
hey, can you just replace it?
First car was a 78 Impala
I am thinking about buying a 96 Impala SS (or any Caprice with the LT1) to make an amazing beater/project car.
According to what I have heard, it’s a robust engine that isn’t always kept in tip-top condition, so it’s reasonably priced and relatively reliable for a car its age. Is this accurate for anyone who owns one of these vehicles?
My knock would occur intermittently for a day before ceasing. Now, at 175k miles, it only happens when I lock or unlock the vehicle…
