P0172 in LPG system BiFuel car... any ideas?

In my 2011 NL Chevy Spark M300 1L 67hp BiFuel LPG/Patrol engine, a P0172 code appeared. I went off the LPG to Patrol and the code disappeared, but when I switched back to LPG, it reappeared again. I’m really curious if anyone knows what could be causing this issue. Any help is welcome. Thank you for your insights.

P0172 usually indicates a rich condition, which means there’s too much fuel in the air-fuel mixture. Since it disappears when you’re on Patrol, it might be something specific to the LPG setup. Have you checked your LPG system for leaks or issues?

@Fern
I haven’t checked for leaks yet. I was thinking it could be related to the fuel injectors or maybe the LPG system calibration. What do you think?

Could be an issue with the LPG mixer. Sometimes they can get out of adjustment or clogged. Cleaning or recalibrating it might help. Have you done that?

I haven’t done that either. I’ll look into it. Thanks for the suggestion.

Also, ensure that your oxygen sensors are functioning properly. If they fail or are slow to respond, they can cause rich conditions in LPG systems. Have you checked those?

Not yet, but that makes sense. I’ll definitely check the O2 sensors as well.
