I have a 2024 Trax, and it has been randomly freezing, producing static behind music, distorting the screen, and doing other terrible things since I bought it. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

The 2024 Chevrolet Trax was recalled for the Virtual Cockpit Unit Module (VCU) software. This recall was issued because the software may cause the instrument panel display to go blank while driving or when the vehicle starts.

My 2024 LT has the same issue, but i can’t predict when it will happen. Dealership has been no help

I have had this problem since I purchased my car in June of 2023. It’s gone to the dealership six times for the radio, and the last time, the staff didn’t even plug in my dome lights and scratched my plastic.

I called my dealership and they said there wasn’t any recalls on them so idk

My 25 Activ is back for a second round through the dealership after both screens blacked out when driving leaving me with no information on speed etc. as of right now no recall and no clear solution

I have a 24 1RS and am having the same issue. I had it “fixed” when I dropped my car off for a recall. I have to get it back in there. It seems like it’s gotten worse since they had it the first time.
