I adore it when RS owners choose striking hues over muted ones. Matador Red looks even more gorgeous in person. Of course, I adore kyalami green—my 2020 8V had that hue before it was made a normal color on the 8Y—but my top five colors also include matador, merlin, and kyalami.
I should have taken pictures of the B8.5 RS4 Avant in Nogaro Blue that I saw a few weeks ago at the petrol station; it was really beautiful. (In addition, a lot of Americans have never seen a B8.5 RS4 Avant, which is an amazing wagon with a powerful NA V8)

I had PPF and Ceramic Coating installed and the car looks stunning. The Matador red just pops.

How has it been thus far? Have you thought about holding off till the 2025 model update? Did you also choose full body PPF?

I love the car to the fullest. This car was ordered in January, but it wasn’t delivered until the end of August. I might have waited for the 25 model if I had known it would take so long. However, they had multiple delays because of shortages of V8 or similar issues. The order was originally scheduled to arrive by the end of April. Overall, I’m pleased with it and happy that I got one. Rarely does our Montana-based dealer receive allocations for RS Q8 cars. Yes, PPF for the entire body.

Congrats. That V8 is arguably one of the best engines ever made. This is not hyperbole.

Do you apply ceramic coating and then ppf or does the ceramic coating goes on top of the ppf?
