Why can’t I order a 2025 Z71 with the Off Road Package and Diesel?

I’m really curious about why I can’t configure a 2025 Tahoe Z71 with the Diesel and the Off Road Capability Package. Every time I try to add the Off Road Package, it removes the 3.0 Diesel option. Anyone else running into this? I thought these packages were supposed to work together

Yeah, I noticed that too. Apparently, the skid plate on the Z71 is interfering with the charge air cooler for the Duramax engine. It’s a bit frustrating, right?

So, is the Off Road Capability Package totally incompatible with the Diesel then, or just with the Z71? Seems kinda odd if you ask me

I just want to know if the diesel option is worth it, honestly. I’ve heard they can tow well and get good mileage, but what’s the reality?

Seems like Chevy needs to get their act together on this. Can’t believe you can’t get the Diesel with the Off Road Package, especially when it seems like such a good fit
