My normally trusty 2023 Trailblazer has decided to go silent on me. The radio just won’t turn on, no sound at all. Tried the usual stuff – messing with the volume knob, checking the source selection – but nothing. Is this a common problem with the 2023 models? Anyone else experiencing radio woes? Did you find a fix, or is it a trip to the dealership kind of situation? Hoping for some insights before I crank up the AUX cord permanently. Thanks in advance
Always start by checking the simplest and easiest potential cause, which is the radio fuse. Inspect the fuse box to ensure the radio fuse isn’t blown. If the fuse is fine, then examine the wiring harness to the radio system and confirm that the radio has a solid ground connection.

Secondly, I’ve seen this a few times in the past few years with various cars and iOS versions.
My solution was to fully unplug the phone from the vehicle, turn it back on, connect it via USB, and then turn on wireless.
One of the reasons I’m over iPhones. My phone acts weirdly whenever a new Apple “update” is issued.
