Need to figure out my 2005 Chevy Tahoe LT with 100k miles market value. Massachusetts vehicle but clean despite being in the northeast. Minor rust bottom passenger rear door, 2 small rear wheel wheel dents, dash cluster was replaced with 2nd hand unit needs to be replaced or reprogrammed - false lights and alerts. Daily driver vehicle. Title in hand. Bermuda Blue. Moonroof, DVD rear flip down. Beige leather without stains, cracks, or rips, except for some cracking beginning on side of driver seat. No rust on rear fender. All brake lines done within the last couple of years. Just replaced power steering pump. Local buyers just ask how much I’m asking. Dealerships want me to come in for a trade. I don’t wanna get screwed over. Have to get into a smaller vehicle for gas mileage is all. Thanks in advance.
Based on your description and the market, I’d estimate it around $10k-$12k. The rust and dashboard issues will lower the value, but the clean interior and recent maintenance work help.

Thanks! That gives me a better starting point. I’m hoping for closer to $12k.
Have you considered selling it privately? You might get more than a dealer would offer.

I thought about it, but I’m worried about dealing with potential buyers and haggling.
