Need help, I’ve diagnosed the car, checked every ground wire, both negative and positive terminals, and checked all fuses. Still won’t crank. What can it be? Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions, or can you guide me on what it might be?

You didn’t say you checked the battery. I’d start with that.
I’ve checked the battery; it’s good and fully charged.
Could be a faulty starter or ignition switch. Have you checked those?
