2019 Traverse Premier - should I consider it...?

I’ve never owned a Chevy, and honestly, I’ve never wanted to. However, I’m looking for a new-to-me 3-row SUV, and the Traverse technically checks all the boxes. It has the most cargo space, too. I’m looking at a listing for $29,500 for a Premier with 30k miles on it, which is about $4-5k better than a similar year trim and mileage Highlander. What has y’all’s experience been with them? I’m a bit concerned about reliability.

It’s a good year for the engine. That engine can give you 150-200k miles if you maintain it. I wouldn’t pull a boat with it, but it’s a great people mover.

That’s solid info! Good to know it can last that long with proper care.

I think it’s hard to beat the rear legroom in the Traverse, especially at that price point.

I’ve had my Traverse for a couple of years now, and it’s been pretty reliable. Just keep an eye on the maintenance.

Yeah, I agree. The cargo space is a huge plus. I’ve taken mine on several road trips, and it’s been great.

Honestly, if you’re worried about reliability, maybe check for any recalls or service history. That can give you peace of mind.
