I’ve been having some trouble with my 2021 Chevy Blazer LT key fob. I got two fobs and replaced the batteries in both, but I still run into this annoying issue where it doesn’t detect sometimes. My little fix is just turning it on and off, and then it works again. I read online that this might be a common problem. Is there a real fix for this? I’m thinking about taking it in for a check-up, but I’m curious if it’s going to cost me a lot… any thoughts?
I had that same issue with my Blazer! It’s super frustrating, right? I ended up taking mine to the dealer, and they said it was a software update that fixed it.

Not really, you have to take it to the dealer or a service shop. They’ll do it for you.
Ugh, I feel you! My fob acts up too. Turning it off and on seems like a hassle. Did you ask how much the fix costs?

Not yet! I’m hoping it’s not too bad… but I’ll definitely ask when I go in.
I’ve heard some people say it can be a bad antenna or something? Might be worth checking that out too.

A bad antenna? What does that even mean? 
It’s basically the part that helps the fob communicate with the car. If it’s faulty, you’ll have issues like this.
Definitely get it checked. I had a similar issue and they ended up replacing the whole fob, which was a bit pricey.

Yikes! I hope it doesn’t come to that. I’ll update you all once I know more.
Make sure to check if there’s any warranty left on those fobs. You might get lucky!
