I’m trying to find out what size screw mounts the throttle position sensor (TPS) for the Chevy Astro 2003 uses or what size screwdriver I need. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
I think it’s usually a Torx screw. You might want to check if it’s a T20 or T25 size, but double-check just to be safe.

Yeah, I remember using a T20 on mine. Just make sure you have the right size before you start!
If you can’t find a Torx, a flathead might work for some models, but I’d recommend sticking with the Torx if you can.

Good to know! I’ll grab both just in case. Thanks for the tip!
Also, make sure you have some extension bits handy. Sometimes the screws are in a tight spot.

Exactly! A flexible extension can make a big difference when working in those tight spaces.
