Noise in S10 front wheel... anyone know what it could be?

Hi, while the front wheel turns, I hear a kind of rubbing noise as each turn is completed. I changed the brake pads so it shouldn’t be that. It’s not a continuous noise, so I assume it’s not the bearings. The noise persists even with the truck raised. It is a 2018 S10 High Country 4x4 automatic transmission. Would anyone know what it could be? Thanks, English is not my native language, so I apologize for any inconvenience.

Have you looked at the splash shield? If it’s rubbing against the rotor, that could definitely cause a noise like what you’re describing.

It might be worth checking the CV joints too. If they are worn out, they can create a rubbing sound when turning. Just saying.

If the noise happens when the truck is raised, it could also be something loose in the suspension. Have you looked into that?

No need to apologize for your English; it is perfectly fine. Good luck figuring it out, and do keep us updated on what you find.
