Rear Entertainment in my 2021 Suburban... what's the easiest way?

Can someone please explain the easiest way to have movies playing on my Rear Entertainment System (RES) in my 2021 Suburban? I have a Fire Stick and a Roku, but is there a simpler solution? The WiFi connection is always spotty. I’d love to have something for road trips to entertain my small kids. Can you download movies so you don’t have to rely on WiFi?

You can definitely download movies on services like Netflix or Amazon Prime Video. Just download them ahead of time while you have WiFi!

Great idea! I’ll make sure to do that before we hit the road. Thanks!

If you want something simpler, consider using a portable DVD player or even a tablet. You can pre-load movies and avoid WiFi issues altogether.

That’s a good suggestion! I might look into a portable DVD player as a backup.

You can also check if your RES has USB ports. You could save movies on a USB drive and play them directly!

I didn’t think of that! I’ll check the USB options on the RES. Thanks for the tip!
