A ton of labor is required. However, that is one of the years for which almost everything is made for the aftermarket. Thus, this thing has infinite potential if given enough time and/or money.

Instead of an SS, I got a new Malibu. It is about to undergo a makeover. Runs like a dream, with the feel of a 1972. Had a comical encounter at the parts store. Got all the goodies and handbooks from the first owner. Though not a speed demon, the 350 engine has some serious torque. Enjoying the easy ride!
