This happened to me about ten years ago. Someone used my vehicle to sell some rare German monoblock wheels. When I messaged him, he said he just wanted pictures of the wheels on a vehicle. He also had several pictures of his actual unmounted wheels.
It seems like he’s just posting a grille. Maybe your truck has the same grille, but he isn’t selling your truck.
